What is Whole Body Cryotherapy?

Whole Body Cryotherapy is a hyper-cooling process that lowers a person’s skin temperature to approximately 30˚F for a period of up to three minutes. We swaddle your body with invigorating and circulating airflow at temperatures ranging from -133˚F to -320˚F. The results and recovery you receive in a single 3 minuteCryotherapy Session typically takes the human body 48 hours to achieve on its own.
